In-house design and tooling capability and outside SLA partnerships allow us to assist in the design and development of injection molded thermoplastic components. State of the art manufacturing allows production tooling leadtimes to be compressed. More important than simply "Fast Tooling", mold production and injection molding in adjacent facilities provides a synergy which translates into a swift and accurate transition from the prototype stage to full production. Molding of plastic components is always optimized to produce the quality required at the lowest possible cost. A vigorous program of continuous process improvement provides constantly improving quality at stable or even declining prices. Quality is assured through dimensional monitoring, rigorous testing, and frequent customer interface.
